Payment must be
received within ten days of auction close. Unpaid auction
wins will be cancelled after seven days. Non-Payer Report
will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the

Return Policy & Refund |
If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt.
A 10% restocking fee and Shipping / Handling charges will be
deducted from the purchase price. The returned item must be
received as new / original condition. This guarantee is not
valid in case of product abuse / destruction on the part of
consumer. In case of exchange the buyer will pay all the S &
H charges. While returning back the item the buyer will have
to pay the shipping charges. Contact Exotics from India at

before returning.
In case, if the buyer in U.K receives invoice from FedEx or any other
courier company regarding customs duty, Vat and Clearance Administration Charges,
please contact us along with the scanned copy of the Invoice you have received from the Courier company.
We will refund the buyer, the amount of the Invoice which he has been asked to pay.

Multiple
Shipments Holding Limit |

We can hold the multiple winnings of the same
buyer up to 10 days maximum. If the buyer doesn't pay after
10 days and keep on buying more items then in that case he
will be barred from buying and unpaid auction wins will be
cancelled after 10 days and Non-Payer report will be filed
with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. |

Combined
Shipments & Shipping Charges |
Shipping charges are valid for UK, US and Canada. Buyers from outside UK, US and Canada must contact us for shipping charges before sending payment through PayPal.
In case, the buyer (only for buyers outside UK, US and Canada) makes payment using auto generated invoice of eBay which does not include shipping cost are liable to pay the additional shipping charges for the item he/she has purchased.
To avoid such circumstances, we request our buyers (outside UK, US and Canada) to contact us at info@exoticsfromindia.com for shipping method and charges before sending the payment.
We allow combined shipments at
discounted shipping rates. Please email us at

Other Policies |
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship to that shipping address which is provided in ebay.
If there is change in the shipping address you must notify by
separate email. If you write the
changed address on
any other page (such as Paypal payment sending page), then we can't guarantee that the item will be shipped to
the changed address and
no refund will be given against the wrong address delivery.
Change of shipping address
must be notified by separate email.
Items Can not be picked up. Our Physical location is not open to the public.
If the winner of the item cancels the auction and buys the same
item at low price in next auction then the first auction can't be treated as cancelled.
